Whole machine 1year. In warranty period, We will send the part free to replace the one that is broken
2.How can I trust you for the first time business ?
Please note our above business license and certificate. And if you don't trust us, then we can use Trade Assurance service. it will protect your money during the whole stage of transaction.
3.What is your terms of payment?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, etcA: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll
show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.or 100% L/C at sight .
4.What kind of Transportation could you provide?
And are you able to update the production process Information in time after placing our order? Sea shipping, air Shipping, and international express. And after confirming your order ,we would keep you updated of production details of emails and photos.
5.Are you provide product metal parts and provide us technical guidance?
Wearing parts,for example, motor
belt,Disassembly tool(free) are what we could provide.And we can give you technical guidance.
